What sets this Minnetonka house apart were the constraints and amenities of its location, and the approach taken by Architects James McNeal and Troy Prosa to its design. The floor plan was developed using a classical approach, thinking in terms of volume, space and their relationship, while simultaneously adapting to the challenge of a steeply sloping site. Most importantly, the home demonstrates how skilled Architects can take a challenging site and create a comfortable, livable, stylish home.
